The Met Gala is often referred to as the Oscars of fashion. A title it totally deserves. But the Cannes International Film Festival is a close second. Perhaps we should call it the Grammys or the Emmys of fashion? Celebrities really bring their A-game to the red carpet, stopping to pose for countless pictures decked out in glamorous gowns and showstopping ensembles.
While there are tons of events during the festival, from photocalls to award ceremonies and benefit galas, it's at the premieres that attendees pull out all the stops. The 2024 Cannes International Film Festival certainly didn't disappoint in the style stakes with stars like Sienna Miller, Demi Moore and Selena Gomez wowing on the red carpet. Miller was resplendent in a pale pale blue Chloé maxi dress, working this summer's biggest trend boho dressing.
