Olivia Ter, a 12-year-old figure skater known for her exceptional talent and ability to inspire those around her, tragically lost her life in the recent DC plane crash. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) confirmed that Ter was among the victims of the tragic incident.
