A 2 AM medical emergency left a corporate employee confronting a financial problem he had not anticipated: having investments and health insurance, but very little money available immediately. According to a Reddit post, the man said his mother was taken to a hospital around 2 AM. He claimed that although he had around ₹12 lakh invested in funds and stocks and a ₹10 lakh corporate health insurance policy, he had only ₹18,000 in his bank account at the time.
