The construction of almost 120 new homes on vacant land in Renfrew will begin next month, the developer has confirmed.
Bellway has been granted planning permission for 80 flats and 39 houses on a site next to Laymoor Avenue and King’s Inch Road.
Work is scheduled to begin in May and will take approximately two years, with the estate’s completion expected in 2025.
