11 time capsules waiting to be opened

Cleopatra's Needle in Central Park in New York mid-1900s. The obelisk was originally erected by Tuthmosis III during his reign in Eqypt between 1504 and 1450 BC, later moved to Alexandria, and finally arrived in New York as a gift of the Eqyptian government in 1880. Hulton Archive/Getty Images
