LUDHIANA: Eleven residents of Ludhiana and four from outside tested positive for Covid here on Sunday.
The health department officials said with no Covid death on the day, the district’s toll stood at 2,273 and that of outsiders here was 1,125.
To date, 33,12,619 samples have been tested.
The district’s case count is 1,09,671 and that of outsiders here is 14,708.
So far, 1,07,340 patients have recovered, which constitutes 97.87% of the total cases.
There are 58 active cases. On the day, the number of samples taken was 4,144.
No patient is on ventilator.
