Star of 1000-lb Best Friends Vanessa Cross has showed off her 'fat balls' as she prepares to have life-changing skin removal surgery.

The 44-year-old, who at her heaviest weighed 446lbs (31 stone), is waiting for the operation after dropping 98lbs (7 stone) in the last 12 months.

During a recent visit to the doctor’s where they checked to see if her body was ready for surgery, the TLC star joked her excessive skin made her look like she had a ‘penis and balls’.
