DOZENS of healthcare jobs are available in the Bristol region as part of a supplier's recruitment drive to take on 4,000 people nationwide. Four Seasons Health Care is looking for compassionate people to join their team in Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire.
The roles up for grabs include nursing, home support and catering with both full and part-time positions available. There is no prior experience necessary for many of the roles and training will be given.
The recruitment comes after recently published England and Wales Census 2021 results, revealed a 20 per cent increase in the number of people aged over 65 over the past decade. While recently-released data from Skills for Care, found vacancies in the care sector rose to 11.1 per cent by August 2022, representing a 50,000 fall in filled posts – the highest levels since records began in 2012. The same data revealed that the south west had a vacancy rate of 12 per cent.
